Join the Discord and use the same Discord name you entered at checkout — your role attaches automatically, no commands. Then drop a quick intro in #introductions. That's it.
How do I log into the website?
Go to rotechllc.com/login → tap "Sign in with Discord," or use the access code from your welcome email.
I didn't get my welcome email.
Check spam first. Still nothing? Message a coach in Discord — we'll resend it and confirm your access.
How does monthly billing work?
Membership is $40/mo, billed monthly, cancel anytime. If you came in on a member's referral link it's $27/mo instead.
What's the $375?
$375 for 12 months of full access, one payment, no recurring surprises. Best value if you're in for the year. On a referral link it's $200.
I joined during the July founding drop — did my price change?
No. If you locked $227/year, $27/month or the original $96 seat, that stays yours for as long as you're active. Founding closed July 27, 2026; the new rates only apply to people joining after it.
How do I cancel?
Message a coach or reply to your receipt — we'll cancel future billing. You keep access through the time you've already paid for.
Can I split it?
Yes — Afterpay is available at checkout on the bigger items (certs), 4 interest-free payments.
What does founding membership include?
The community, the AI tutors (Bo & Flo), the quiz/study engine (Security+, ServiceNow CSA, AWS AI), weekly community calls, and job drops.
Is 1-on-1 cert coaching included?
No — 1-on-1 cert coaching tracks (Security+, ServiceNow CSA) are separate paid add-ons on top of your membership. Ask in Discord when you're ready and we'll set you up.
How should I study?
Pick a pace — 30, 60, or 90 days — at rotechllc.com/plan. It lays out a dated roadmap through the quiz domains + labs. A coach can set your pace too.
How many hours a day?
Roughly: 30-day ≈ 2–2.5 hrs/day, 60-day ≈ 1 hr/day, 90-day ≈ 40 min/day. Same roadmap, three speeds.
When should I book the exam?
When you're steady at 75–80%+ on practice questions. Book it in the back third of your plan so you have a deadline.
Can I earn by referring people?
If you're an active member, yes. Share your $200 referral link — when someone joins through it and types your name, you earn $50 (up to $500, or $1,000 in store credit). Payouts process within about 5 business days.
